Return Policy

Practical return information for Aston Martin watch purchases, including cancellation rights, item condition, refund timing, and faulty item support.

Overview

We want every watch to arrive exactly as described. This policy explains how cancellations, returns, exchanges, and faulty goods are handled for purchases made through Affluent Watch.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.

Change-of-mind returns

For online or distance purchases, you can cancel an order within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason. Tell us by phone or WhatsApp before the 14-day period ends.

After you cancel, send the watch back within 14 days. We recommend tracked and insured delivery because watches are high-value items and remain your responsibility until received.

Return condition

Returned watches should be handled only as much as needed to inspect them, as you would in a shop. Please return the watch complete and protected.

  • The watch should be unworn, unaltered, and free from scratches, marks, odours, or signs of use beyond inspection.
  • All original packaging, tags, manuals, warranty cards, spare links, protective films, accessories, and invoices should be included.
  • Bracelet sizing, personalisation, special orders, and made-to-request items may affect return eligibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.
  • We may reduce a refund if handling has lowered the value of the item beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Refund timing

Once an eligible return is received, or you provide evidence that it has been sent back, refunds are processed within 14 days. Refunds are made to the original payment method unless we agree another method with you.

Standard delivery charges paid at checkout are refunded where required. Premium delivery upgrades are refunded only up to the standard delivery amount.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

Inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives. If the item is faulty, damaged in transit, incomplete, or not the watch you ordered, contact us promptly with photos and order details.

Where goods are faulty or not as described, we will arrange the appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or refund depending on the issue and your legal rights.

Non-returnable situations

A return may be refused or reduced where the watch has been worn, damaged, altered, resized after delivery, missing key contents, or returned outside the eligible period without a legal reason.

This does not apply where the item is faulty, incorrectly supplied, or not as described.

How to start a return

Contact us by phone or WhatsApp with your name, order details, watch model or MPN, reason for return, and clear photos of the watch and packaging where relevant.

Do not send a watch back before we confirm the return instructions. This helps ensure the parcel is insured, traceable, and matched to your order when it arrives.
