These terms apply when you browse the Affluent Watch website, make an enquiry, reserve a watch, or purchase a watch from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
If a separate written order confirmation includes specific terms for a purchase, those order terms apply to that purchase alongside this page.
Catalogue information
We work to keep model names, MPNs, specifications, images, prices, and comparison details accurate. Watches, pricing, and availability can change, so we confirm the final details before accepting an order.
Product images are provided to help identify each model. Minor colour, scale, strap, packaging, or display differences can occur depending on photography, screen settings, and stock condition.
Orders and acceptance
A website enquiry or WhatsApp message does not create a binding order. An order is accepted only when we confirm the watch, price, delivery details, payment method, and dispatch plan in writing.
We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, incorrectly priced, cannot be delivered safely, raises fraud concerns, or cannot be supplied for another reasonable business reason.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise. Delivery costs, payment fees, taxes, duties, or import charges are confirmed before payment where they apply.
Payment must clear before dispatch unless we agree otherwise in writing. Ownership of the watch passes to you when full payment has been received.
Delivery
Delivery options and estimated timings are confirmed at order stage. We use suitable tracked delivery for high-value watches and may require signature or identity checks on delivery.
Risk passes to you when the watch is delivered to the address you provided or collected by a courier arranged by you.
Returns and cancellations
Cancellation, return, refund, and faulty goods rules are set out in the Return Policy. That policy forms part of these terms.
Please inspect the watch promptly after delivery and keep all packaging, documents, tags, spare links, and accessories until you are certain the item is right for you.
Warranty and aftercare
Warranty cover depends on the watch, manufacturer documentation, condition, and any written warranty terms supplied with the order. We will explain known warranty details before purchase.
Normal wear, accidental damage, water damage from misuse, battery depletion, strap wear, third-party repair work, and unauthorised alterations are not usually covered unless a written warranty says otherwise.
Brand and intellectual property
Aston Martin names, marks, and product references belong to their respective owners. Affluent Watch is an independent watch catalogue and reseller unless a page expressly says otherwise.
Website text, layout, photography, catalogue data presentation, and branding may not be copied, scraped, republished, or used commercially without permission.
Liability
We do not exclude liability where the law does not allow it, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or personal injury caused by negligence.
Subject to that, we are not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or losses caused by misuse, unauthorised repair, incorrect delivery information, or events outside our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer law gives you additional rights in your country of residence.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction unless consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
